Note: It is very important to test the amperage draw of your radiator cooling fan. If your cooling fan is worn out internally, it will still spin but requires more amps to spin. This extra amperage causes the fan relay to overheat and melt the wires. If you install this with a worn out cooling fan, you will most likely just burn it out all over again.
